"What to expect during your TCM consultation"

If I wish to come Bao Zhong Tang for TCM consultation, how do I go about it?

We accept both appointment and walk-in patients. You may call us at 6327 7866 to make an appointment. As appointment-based patients get priority during consultation, it will be best if you could arrange an appointment with us prior to your visit. It will help us to facilitate your visit and serve you better. For weekday appointments, you may call 2-3 days prior; for Saturday appointments, do call at least a week in advance for your preferred timing.

Which physician should I see?

Our physicians each have their own area of specialty, our friendly staff will recommend a suitable physician according to your condition. The three categories of Our Physicians are Master Physicians and Senior Physicians from Shanghai, and Physicians, who are double degree graduates from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM). Our Master Physicians will be here only on invite, and their consultation schedule is limited to certain months of the year. If you are keen, please contact us at 63277866 to have your names on our waiting list. Priority for appointment booking with our Master Physicians will be given for patients on the waiting list.

I do not understand nor speak Mandarin. Will that pose as a problem when seeking TCM consultation?

Our centre offers translation service provided by TCM physicians registered under Singapore TCM Practitioners Board, who are double degree graduates from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM). Translation service can be requested upon registration for consultation.
