HERBAL MEDICINE

Chinese medicinal herbs have different properties and uses and are put together in various combinations into what we call TCM formulas. Many formulas date back to thousands of years ago and are often modified and applied based on the TCM theories of yin yang, zang fu (internal organs), meridians, and therapeutic principles of traditional Chinese medicine, etc.

Bao Zhong Tang offers the most authentic form of TCM herbal medicine by prescribing optimal grade and quality of raw TCM herbs for every patient’s treatment. Every prescription is unique to the individual and their current medical condition. For greater convenience, brewing services can be requested. The brewing of each herbal prescription requires at least 100 minutes, with some unique herbs requiring special brewing and handling techniques.

For patients who prefer easier storage and convenience or for overseas travel purposes, Bao Zhong Tang also provides customised prescription in the herbal powder form.
